What delivery methods are available?
For France, we offer home delivery from €3.50 and pickup point delivery from €4.10.
We also deliver to several countries in the European Union and internationally.
Available shipping options and the exact rate are displayed before payment, depending on the destination country, the weight of the order and the delivery method.

How long will delivery take?
Pickup point deliveries generally take 3 to 6 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. We use a secure payment system and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Carte Bleue.
Orders & Returns
How can I change or cancel my order?
As long as we have not started processing your order for shipment, you can still change your mind or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions.
How can I track my order and delivery?
You will receive email updates about the different stages of your order. If your chosen delivery method includes tracking, you will be able to follow your shipment using the tracking number provided.
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Once you have informed us of your decision, you then have 14 days to return the items to us.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the item is defective, damaged or if we made an error.
In the event of withdrawal, the standard delivery charges initially paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.
