Shipping
What delivery methods are available?
For deliveries within France, we offer delivery to a pickup point or directly to your home. Our preferred carriers include Colis Privé, Mondial Relay and Chronopost. We also deliver to several European Union countries, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy and Spain.
How long will delivery take?
Deliveries to pickup points generally take between 3 and 6 days.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. We use a secure payment system and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Carte Bleue.
Orders & Returns
How can I change or cancel my order?
As long as we have not started processing your order for shipment, you can still change your mind or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions.
How can I track my order and delivery?
You will receive email updates about the different stages of your order. If your chosen delivery method includes tracking, you will be able to follow your shipment using the tracking number provided.
Can I return a purchase?
You have the right to change your mind within 30 days of placing your order. The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. The original delivery costs and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
