Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance sales, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason for your decision.

At Wacocoro, we extend this period and accept return requests up to 30 days after you receive your order.

How to make a return

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged item, or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once the returned items have been received and checked, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order. Under the statutory right of withdrawal, the standard delivery charges initially paid will also be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations. The refund may be delayed until we receive the returned items or until you provide proof that they have been sent back.

Exceptions

Personalised items or items made to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal unless they are defective.

Damaged item or order error

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the one you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] , stating your order number and, if possible, attaching photos.
