Kids’ Balloon Skirt PDF Sewing Pattern – Sizes 1 to 4 Years

What you will need

Choose two lightweight, soft and comfortable fabrics, such as cotton or poplin. You can use two matching fabrics or select two different prints.

You will also need:

– a sewing machine
– a pair of scissors or a rotary cutter
– sewing pins or clips

– an iron
